Paving the way to remission and cure
The PAVE Collaboratory aims to identify and harness the distinct immunovirological features of HIV reservoirs in children and adolescents through access to unique cohorts and biospecimens. Working with pediatric nonhuman primate models, PAVE team members will conduct preclinical safety and effectiveness research studies of novel treatments. The collaboratory will also focus on developing procedures, tools and techniques, including imaging, specifically for infants, children and adolescents.
PAVE Collaboratory is part of the
Martin Delaney Collaboratories
The purpose of the collaboratory is to foster dynamic, multidisciplinary collaborations between basic, applied, and clinical researchers studying HIV persistence and developing potential curative strategies.
PAVE academic institutions work with community, industry and NIH partners to advance pediatric HIV research. |
